1. To invest you will first need to login to your FundMe account or create one by going to www.fundme.com/en/users/sign_in.

  2. Once you are logged in, you can find the company you are interested in investing in by clicking the Browse Offerings button on the home page.
    • This will take you to the Explore Offerings page where you can view a company's campaign page.
    • Be sure to read the offering overview and any documents associated with the campaign, to ensure that you fully understand your investment and the risks associated with investing.

  3. Once you have done your homework and have decided to invest, click the Purchase button.

  4. Next, you'll need to complete your Profile Information. 
    • Fill in all the required fields *
    • Click Submit

  5. Complete the Financial Verification Form
    • In the first field, enter a dollar amount over zero if you HAVE invested in another Regulation Crowdfunding campaign within the last year.  
    • If you have NOT invested in any other Regulation Crowdfunding campaigns within the last year, enter 0 in this field and continue to the next fields.

    • To determine the maximum amount you can invest, enter your annual income and net worth. This amount will display in the "You may invest a maximum of" section of the page.

    • Enter your legal name in the signature field.

    • Click Submit to continue.

  6. Investment Details
    • Enter the total number of shares that you intend to purchase for your investment. 
    • *Note:  The value of this section corresponds with the dollar amount field and will auto fill the dollar amount once the share field is populated (and vice versa). 

    • Check all required agreements.

    • Click Submit.

  7. Payment Details

    • Enter the account number.

    • Select whether the account is a "Checking" or a "Savings" account.

    • Enter the routing number.

    • Select whether the account is a "Business" or a "Personal" account.

    • Enter the name on the account (as it appears on your account statements).

    • Enter your legal name in the signature field.

    • Click Submit to continue.

  8. Sign subscription agreement
    • Be sure to read through the subscription agreement thoroughly. 
    • Enter your legal name in the "Signature" field.
    • Click Submit to continue.
    • *Note: You have the option to download the document for review if you need to continue and submit for later.

  9. Investment Complete
    • You will see a Confirmation page for your investment. You should receive a confirmation email immediately following the investment. If your investment requires any further actions, we will contact you directly.
